Anthony spent most of his life working in the Shipyard business, where he made countless lifelong friends. He had a deep passion for fishing, crabbing, and dancing, but his ultimate love was reserved for the Dallas Cowboys, which he cherished dearly.

Williams, of Norfolk, Virginia. He also leaves behind two brothers, Herbert White, Jr. and Dean White (Janice), both of Norfolk, Virginia, and two sisters, Unis Simmons, of Norfolk, Virginia, and Shirley Blount, of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Anthony was preceded in death by his ten siblings, Deloris Blount, Spencer Haynes, Rosetta Knight, Barbara Pitt, Donald White, Mary Way, Hamidullah Rasheed, Michael White, David White, and Connie Powell.

Anthony met his long-term girlfriend, Vanessa Alexander, in 1993, and they remained devoted to each other for thirty (30) years. He was blessed with five stepchildren, LaTonya D. Alexander, Andre’ L. Alexander, Rainey N. Alexander, Korey L. Alexander, and Brittany S. Alexander, all of Norfolk, Virginia.

Those who knew Anthony remember him as a loving, funny, gentle, and peaceful person who cherished his family deeply. He will be dearly missed by his host of family members, friends, step-grandchildren, and his best friend, Anthony Scarborough.  He will always be remembered in our hearts.
