Brian Budd biography
Brian Michael Budd has been appointed as Independent Director of Graphite One Resources Inc., with effect from March 22, 2012. Mr. Budd is, and has been, an executive officer and/or director of a number of public issuers and has been consistently engaged in all aspects of financing, corporate development and investor relations activities as well as evaluation of financial information for mining related ventures.
