About the programme
Captured is Newcastle University Business School’s internationally recognised leadership development programme for small business owners.
The programme is fully funded and delivered at no cost to participants. The programme enables owners of small and micro enterprises to develop their management and leadership skills via 4 half-day workshops over a 2-month period. Each cohort of Captured has up to eight business owners and a key part of the programme is that each business owner is paired with an experienced manager from one of the region’s larger businesses who can provide an objective sounding board and a fresh perspective.
