Devil May Cry Mission 16: Lost Soul contains 9 Lost Souls to be collected. It is one of the few missions that lets you collect all lost souls without using weapons or skills that you acquire later in the game, meaning you can grab them all on your first playthrough without needing to come back later.

LOST SOUL no. 1

Required ability/weapon: None

A few steps after the first Divinity Statue you will notice a door with red marks on it. Destroy it with Arbiter and continue going down until you reach the Lost Soul.

LOST SOUL no. 2 and no. 3

Required ability/weapon: None

Next two souls can be found on the 105th floor of building. Just after you exit the elevator turn right. They will be behind the corner. Wait for the flying cubes to disappear then jump on a platform with the Lost Souls.

LOST SOUL no. 4

Required ability/weapon: None

When you jump onto the 106th floor look out for a passage with two gaps on it. Jump in between them and enter the room that is connected to that platform. This will lead you to some stairs. Keep climbing until you reach next Lost Soul.

LOST SOUL no. 5

Required ability/weapon: None

On the 106th floor will you reach a part where you need to Angel Lift yourself to column at the ceiling. Jump down to find another Lost Soul in a room behind some blue vines.

LOST SOUL no. 6 and no. 7

Required ability/weapon: None

On the same floor with the previous Lost Soul you can find the next two Lost Souls. Approach two closed elevator doors that are next to one other. Soon enough they will open and you can release two Lost Souls that are in the right door.

LOST SOUL no. 8

Required ability/weapon: None

Kat will tell you to turn right after successfully passing by a passage with lasers. Turn left instead to find a Lost Soul just around the corner.

LOST SOUL no. 9

Required ability/weapon: None

Upon receiving Kablooey proceed through the first passage immediately after receiving it. You can find the next Lost Soul at the end of the passage. Just after Kat informs you to turn right continue forward to obtain the soul.
