Discovery of gold nitride has been the subject of significant media attention. I was interviewed by BBC Radio Newcastle, The Journal newspaper, and by ITV news. The discovery was also published on the BBC News web pages23, Physics World web pages, in Process Engineering, November 2003 issue (Centaur Publishing Ltd) and articles have appeared in other international newspapers and journals such as Physicist (Australia), Advanced Packaging (USA), and The Hindu (India).
