Falling action
It is revealed that Dr. Reinaldo orchestrated Sara’s entire life to get the opportunity to experiment on her. It finds a cure for schizophrenia through past flashes that explain how Sara was selected for testing due to an inherited disorder and how Dr. Reinaldo orchestrated her entire life. In addition, he conducts tests on his daughter to cure homosexuality, which he considers an abnormal sexual orientation.
Sara tries to fight back against her treatment by going to the press to expose Reinaldo’s techniques, but she is ultimately unsuccessful.
Cesar pays a visit to Alex while he is hospitalized and reveals to him that he is aware of the location of the institution where Reinaldo is being held; this is the same facility where he took Lucia and Sara. Chema has been rescued from prison thanks to the assistance of others, but his time behind bars has caused him some anguish, and he seeks his mother’s help in overcoming these effects.
Resolution

So, after all this, we cannot say that there is one murderer Who killed Sara in season 3. Sara’s death was caused by Reinaldo’s passion for experimenting on her, but also by the Lazcano family, César’s abuse of her, Marifer’s betrayal, and her mother’s indifference.
Ultimately, all of them were responsible for her death. It is the saddest ending which the audience was not acceptable because they were portrayed as a good family. But the way they did with Sara altogether by hook or by crook. It was terrible and unfortunate.
